Meet the Kerso Basket, a beautifully crafted storage piece that brings warmth and texture to any room. Made from robust, rolled banana fibre and finished with a unique woven pattern of white cotton cords, this basket is as decorative as it is functional.
The banana fibre is sourced from the layered trunks of banana trees and naturally develops its rich brown color through sun-drying. The individual strips are then rolled into approximately 6 mm thick strands, giving the basket its characteristic textured surface. Cotton and nylon thread are used for the decorative cord detailing.
Each Kerso basket is 100% handmade, so slight variations in size, color, and shape are part of its natural charm - no two pieces are exactly alike.
Available in three sizes - S, M, and L - or as a complete set, the Kerso basket fits effortlessly into a boho, natural, or relaxed interior style. Use it in the bedroom for laundry, in the living room to store blankets and cushions, or as a striking plant basket in any corner of your home.
